I don’t have experience with Tom’s handy work, but I did experience Tom’s honesty and integrity. Tom was cutting the neighbor’s lawn and drove over a rock, resulting in my rear truck window being smashed. Once I told him about the damage, he took full responsibility. He was apologetic and said he would take care of it, which he did. These days, finding honesty and integrity is rare! Thanks Tom for being an upstanding guy!

We called Tom’s handyman service for an estimate to put in a sliding glass door and a French door. Tom showed up on time and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong size doors and was very nervous about it — but he told me not to worry, that he would take care of everything. Tom and Will worked their magic and got it done. Everything looks professional and we are extremely happy. Would recommend to anybody that needs a professional job done at a reasonable price.

Tom came to my house to fix my snowblower that wouldn’t start. It was an emergency after a storm. I called in the evening and he came out as soon as he could the next morning. He had to go get parts and came right back to finish. He stuck with it and did a great job! I’m grateful for the quick response and he had the skills to do the job. I would definitely use him again. I called Tom close to midnight for a very odd emergency job that I needed taken care of by morning. Tom showed such professionalism and compassion for the predicament I was in. He was so willing to shift his schedule to help me, and so understanding and kind. He really left an amazing impression, and I am very grateful. While installing a high-end KitchenAid dishwasher, many problems arose in my 1950’s home — plumbing and electrical concerns we hadn’t anticipated. Tom walked me through each and every hiccup and explained it so I understood. He didn’t leave the job until it was done correctly, and even pointed out potential future problem areas. All expenses were explained and fair, and he cleaned up the messes afterward. Delighted!
